Convention Details
The 2024 TDEA Convention is January 10 through January 13 at the Houston Marriott Marquis
Online convention registration opens September 15, 2023 and closes November 15, 2023. Full payments and all cancellations must be made by December 15, 2023 for a member's registration to remain valid. Refunds for cancellations made after December 15th will not be granted. After December 15th, members with unpaid balances will have to register/check-in at the on-site registration table at convention. On-site registration will be available on the first day of convention.

Important Convention Registration Dates
Please note the following tentative dates for convention registration and hotel reservations.
September 15, 2023
All-State and Member Registration will open online. For liability reasons, the All-State participants must have their director stay on-site at the Marriott.
November 15, 2023
Registration for TDEA Members, All-State and Exhibitors will close. Scholarship forms will be due along with Collegiate Applications for All-State Collegiate Assistants and Collegiate Convention Assistants.
December 10, 2023
Members who registered and paid in full by November 15th will receive a link and access code to sign up for tables for Recognition Luncheon and Banquet. Please note that once tables are full, additional seats are not able to be added. Seats are available on a first come basis.
December 11-15, 2023
Table seats are available for purchase by individuals who are paid in full but did not meet the November 15th deadline for complimentary tickets (if seats are available).
December 15, 2023
Recognition Luncheon and Banquet sign-ups close.
September 15, 2023

Important Payment Information

TDEA must receive an actual payment paid in full by November 15th to be eligible to receive the complimentary Recognition Luncheon and Banquet ticket. All attendees must be paid in full upon convention check-in to attend convention. Registrations that are still unpaid at the time of convention check-in will be required to pay in full. TDEA accepts payments via check, credit card, or cash.
TDEA is not able to combine or split invoices.
