2026 Judge's Training
- Learn the official rubrics and scoring indicators for the Fall/Spring Assessments & Competitions.
- Receive interactive, hands-on practical training including:
- Audio critique strategies
- Scoring exercises
- Judge calibration activities
- Work directly with members of the Dance Team Evaluation Committee.
- Required training for individuals interested in adjudicating during the 2026–2027 season.
- Open to all Texas Dance Educators Association members interested in expanding their knowledge and expertise.
- Earn 7 hours of in-person professional development credit.
- Earn an additional 3 hours of asynchronous professional development credit.

*Participation in the training does not guarantee that you will be scheduled to judge an event. Adjudicators must have a minimum of 5 years of experience directing.
