Exhibiting at the TDEA Convention is a great way to reach hundreds of dance educators and network with other vendors!
Our exhibitor members are a huge part of the success that TDEA has had over the years. These members usually range from a variety of businesses that impact the dance and dance team community including fundraising, costuming, choreography and instruction, prop / pom makers, performance and competition compaines, team travel, and uniform designers. Our Exhibitor Members enjoy many great benefits each year:
Most of our Exhibitor Members NEVER miss our annual convention. Our exhibit hall is one of the best in the nation for attracting dance/drill team directors and dance educators. To our existing exhibitor members, we offer Early Bird pricing discounts on booth space at convention as well as giving them the first opportunity to reserve their space from the previous year. One of our goals at TDEA is to highlight and help promote the exhibitors who help support TDEA and its members through our newsletters, convention materials and prominent signage at convention. Exhibitors enjoy being a part of making our convention memorable by elevating their sponsorship of TDEA and participating in our exhibitor recognition program.

Booth sizes are 10x10 and include a sign with company name and exhibitor recognition
program distinction (if applicable). Each booth includes a table and two chairs (double booths have two tables, triple booths have three tables).
Booth pricing is as follows:
Single Booth: $450.00
Double Booth: $850.00
Triple Booth: $1250.00
Upgraded Booth Options:
Corner Booth: $50.00 per booth
Interior Prime Location: $100.00
Exterior Prime Location: $200.00
Early Bird registration begins on July 15, 2020 and closes August 15, 2020. Returning exhibitors are eligible for registration during Early Bird registration and ensures the same booth choice as the previous year.
The registration link will be available here beginning August 15th. Members eligible for Early Bird registration will receive the registration link from the TDEA 2nd Vice President.

Exhibitor Recognition Program:
The Exhibitor Recognition Program involves donations to the organization for the support of convention needs in exchange for company recognition at various levels to the organization. Exhibitor Recognition Program Donations are those made in addition to Director Goody Bag items, Door Prizes under $25, and Booth Giveaways. Participants in the Exhibitor Recognition Program will receive a designation on their company booth sign as well as their name listed at the entrance of the exhibit hall for members to read. In addition, each level of participation in the Exhibitor Recognition Program receives additional marketing options to bring more attention to the participating company.

IF YOU WISH TO BE INCLUDED ON OUR EXHIBITOR RECOGNITION BOARD, you can register online, or email the TDEA 2nd Vice President no later than November 15, 2020. Anything received past that date will not be listed on the recognition board. Click here for TDEA contact information.
Early Bird registration payments are due by August 15, 2020.
Regular registration payments are due by November 1, 2020.
Registrations received after November 1, 2020 are due at the time of registration.
TDEA takes Credit Cards as forms of payment for exhibitor booths. 50% must be paid at the time of registration.
Payments not received by the deadline will result in forfeiture of booth.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
At time of registration- November 14th: 75% of booth fee refunded
November 15th-December 14th: 50% of booth fee refunded
After December 15th: no refund for booth fee given
