Convention Registration Information
Online convention registration opens September 15, 2023 and closes November 15, 2023. Educators who register and pay in full for convention before November 15th will receive 1 complimentary Recognition Luncheon ticket and 1 complimentary Banquet ticket! Due to rooming needs, All-State students will not be accepted as on-site registrations.

2023 Convention Package Information
2024 Convention Package Pricing will be Updated in Summer of 2023
Educator packages:
All-State packages: Active Members and Associate Level #1 Members may bring an All-State student to convention. Each school is allowed to bring one All-State student to convention. All-State students must be in the 11th or 12th grade.
Administrator packages: Administrators are invited to a one-day workshop. For additional information on the administrators, workshops, please click here.
Collegiate packages: Collegiate packages are available to all currently enrolled full-time, undergraduate college students. Collegiate packages do not include meals, event tickets, or membership in TDEA. For additional information regarding Collegiates, please click here.
Additional Convention Options:
- $285.00 and includes the following:
- TDEA Membership, Exhibits, Workshops, Professional Guest Choreographers, Workshop Notes, Goody Bags, Door Prizes, 1 Post Banquet Social Admission

- $350.00 and includes the following:
- Professional Choreography Sessions Thursday through Friday, Wednesday through Friday Night Accommodations at the Marriott, All-State Dance Team Performance at the Directors Banquet, Meals, Workshops, Goody Bag, and a T-shirt.

- $125.00 and includes the following:
- TDEA Membership, Exhibits, Workshops, & Lunch
Collegiate packages: Collegiate packages are available to all currently enrolled full-time, undergraduate college students. Collegiate packages do not include meals, event tickets, or membership in TDEA. For additional information regarding Collegiates, please click here.
- $100 and includes the following:
- Exhibits, College Student Workshops, Professional Guest Choreographers, Workshop Notes
- Please note that events and meals are not included in the collegiate package.

- Yearly TDEA Resource Subscription: $100.00- Get access to the extensive TDEA resource bank that includes instructional materials, reading materials, tests, dance team constitutions, and much more! You will also gain access to Learn Worlds, the online professional development platform with access to new and previous years of virtual convention workshops! The workshops include both lecture and movement style classes. You can also connect and network with other members through the Learn Worlds platform. This platform was offered to all members for the past two years and is available as part through the TDEA Resources Yearly Subscription. Want a discount on the subscription? Submit 5 dance resources to TDEA and receive a $15.00 discount on the subscription. The discount will be applied once TDEA receives all 5 resources via email.
